If you decide to stop your process we charge either a full handling fee or a cancellation fee, depending on the circumstances. The Regus Visas LTD only undertakes to process work on behalf of any client under the condition that the following terms have been fully accepted and understood.

Regus Visas LTD will not be held liable or responsible for any embassy, consulate or passport office requesting additional information outside of the normal parameters needed to obtain a visa or passport.

Regus Visas LTD will not be held liable or responsible for any embassy, consulate or passport office choosing to close unannounced or earlier than their official opening hours or refuse entrance to their representatives.

Regus Visas LTD will do its utmost to process visa and passport applications at the client's request. However, it will not be held nor accept responsibility or liability for its own actions or those of any embassy, consulate, passport office, sub-contracted couriers, or employees resulting in delaying or not issuing such applications for any reason due to the client supplying incorrect or misleading information, incomplete forms and/or supporting documentation.

Any cost incurred by the client for delays or non-issuance of requested visas or passports shall not be levied upon Regus Visas LTD.

Tickets for travel should not be purchased prior to obtaining the correct visa or passport for travel unless requested by an embassy, in which case an open ticket should be purchased. Sometimes extra documents, such as original tickets, are demanded by an embassy when the client is applying through an authorized agent. The delay in obtaining or consequential loss incurred due to these extra agency requirements will not be borne by Regus Visas LTD.

Regus Visas LTD shall not be liable for reimbursement of any travel tickets or holidays purchased should travel not be possible due to any of the above reasons.

Regus Visas LTD provides visa and passport information as provided by embassies, consulates, passport offices either verbally, in writing or from official embassy websites. The information/document requirements that agents such as Regus Visas LTD need to provide on behalf of a client when lodging at an embassy/passport office can often be in excess of those required by an individual applying directly themselves. These additional requirements must be borne by the client and any lodging and subsequent rejections without these documents are liable to the applicable service fee being charged. Regus Visas LTD will not accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any errors and omissions in the information nor changes including visa form alterations, regulation amendments and price increases levied by embassies, consulates or passport offices. Regus Visas LTD will not be liable for costs, consequential or otherwise resulting in an embassy/passport office not checking an applicant's documents correctly and/or issuing visas or passports incorrectly nor not issuing visas or passports on the collection dates originally given by themselves.

Should any passport be lost/misplaced/destroyed by an embassy, consulate, or passport office, then no responsibility or liability will be borne by Regus Visas LTD, and no financial contribution will be made for replacement or any consequential loss. Should any passport be lost/misplaced/destroyed by an employee of Regus Visas LTD or subcontracted courier, then any contribution to replacing the lost documents will be at the discretion of Regus Visas LTD, and consequential loss will be borne by the client.

Any fees charged by an embassy, consulate or passport office will be borne by the client. These charges are exclusive of the charges made by Regus Visas LTD.

Regus Visas LTD reserves the right to raise its charges at any time with or without prior notice. Any subsequent lodging of visa or passport application not due to error by Regus Visas LTD will incur the applicable service fee for every subsequent relodge. We reserve the right to retain any passports and documents until full payment for services provided and
